The software doesn't appear to be available anymore which means it's impossible to provide support. If you still have the software, access its built-in documentation files or go to Help > Contents to learn how can you reset the password. I've used various search queries on Google, but didn't find anything about it or something related to your issue.
Tip: Always check the CAPSLOCK button when entering a password and if the software supports case sensitive passwords, then you need to enter it exactly as you typed it.
