Getting a new security key for Recool SWF to AVI.

Purchased Recool SWF to AVI and need security key (had to reset computer). Trying to get hold of them for over 2 months. Can you help? I have sent them original paid invoice.

The only way to get in touch with the developers is through their emails posted on the Help page at the main website. I've tried to find a phone number, but it doesn't exist, therefore only the following emails can be used to obtain information about the product you've purchased.
