Can Google Calendar be synchronized with Interactive Calendar?

I want to put Interactive Calendar on my desktop and synchronize it with Google Calendar.

Google Calendar offers the possibility to import another calendar in .CSV or .ICAL formats. This is the only way you could perform synchronization by exporting the calendar from the desktop application and then import it into Google Calendar. The reverse method is impossible to achieve because Google Calendar only exports to .ICS file format and the desktop application has no option to select .ICS file format.
