Uninstalling Filterlab.

Not what I thought, a bit over my head. How do I remove it?

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

If the software, appears again, start Revo and select the software one more time and proceed with the uninstall procedure.
