It's impossible to say what is the meaning of this application and how does it function since there is no website configured to access the necessary information. I've checked the supposed developer (SOUTHERN RAILWAY), but it appears that it doesn't have any website. In such situation, the software can be considered as discontinued until something comes up about it, but I doubt since there is practically no information.
