On the developer's website, the software is known to work with Office 2003 and later, however, if you have issues with it, the developer is willing to help, according to its saying on the official website.
Firstly, you should obtain the diagnostic logs using the following command: Start -> Programs -> GeodesiX -> Troubleshooter. After the log is collected, you can browse to see if you can identify the error. In case it appears too complicated, use Report -> Send by email and the developer will help you further.
