The answer is no, the game isn't compatible with a Mac. I've checked various websites and it appears that Zoo Tycoon 2 is a Windows only game. However, if you want to run it on a Mac, simply install Windows through:

Once you have Windows set up and ready, you can transfer the game to the Windows environment and launch it this way.
