This is a very dangerous situation because BIOS flashing can create problems to your motherboard or it can render it useless if the process is interrupted or you have a loss of power. My advice is to let the software run more time and meanwhile create a backup file using a USB drive. Place the original BIOS for the motherboard on the USB drive and if the software still doesn't respond, reboot the PC and proceed to the BIOS and reflash it from there.
