The software might be considered malware and the active antivirus protection module will delete it or delete its only executable, therefore making the software useless without the main file.
You need to check the logs of the antivirus solution installed on your PC. If the file is infected, you will find it in the Quarantine zone.
If you are absolutely sure the software is just fine and this is a false positive detection, then restore the file from Quarantine to its original folder and add the installation folder as an exception.
