After installing Thin2000 USB Display Adapter and restarting my screen is dead (Sony Vaio Tablet 20").

What happened is directly related to a bad driver or compatibility. You will have to connect a keyboard through OTG and a USB hub and boot into Safe Mode. You will have the possibility to remove the bad driver through normal uninstall.

It doesn't matter if it's a tablet or PC, because the F8 (the button that activates the Safe Mode menu) will work as well. Once the tablet boots with the default driver, remove the problematic one and restart the tablet. Don't use it again and wait for developer to release updates to fix the issue or contact them directly through the support channels.
