Software dongle not working.

OK, I purchased the software a while ago - and I am now keen to get started, but the dongle keeps shutting down, then I have to turn the whole computer off and then I can start again. Also when I received the disks I did have a registration number and the system would not accept it. When I spoke with your customer service staff they advised that it is not necessary. Would it help if you gave me my registration id again and I can input that into the system? Any reason why I am having a problem with this? Your staff were very helpful when I purchased the package - I wonder if that is still the case.

The developers of the Dg Foto Art Gold are still in the business and the product appears to be updated as well. However, the inquiry above will work only when you're talking with the developers since they have access to the database, payment, and other stuff.

Help line not very helpful and now telephone line is no working may be they gone bankrupt but does any one know what is the problem with dongle. if they can help.
