I've looked through web and it seems there are websites that sell HoMedics devices, but there is nothing mentioned about the software that comes with these blood pressure monitors. I've also visited the official website as well and they only provide instructional books and again no downloads for software could be found.

As for the software remove part, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
