I am studying on CARIS. I downloaded CARIS LOTS Browser, but I can't install on my computer. Why?
Here is what you have to do to attempt a possible installation:
If you're downloading the file, make sure to disable any download managers.
When installing, right click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator.
Contact the developer and ask for additional instructions because certain apps require other 3rd party utilities to be installed before it can be used (eg. License servers, activation files, HASP drivers/dongles, etc).
