If the software doesn't allow it, then there is a way. Firstly, locate the template file you are trying to pre-load. Right click it and choose Open With. If the E-Label application doesn't appear in the list, click Browse and navigate to the executable file of E-Label. Select it and tick the option to always open the select file format with the specified software.
Create a shortcut of the label on your desktop, then double click it. It will automatically load the software and the template.
