My old phone got totally messed up like I can't even turn it on anymore. I was trying to log into my new phone on Snapchat, but it needs the verification code, and I can't see the code. What can I do?
If you have no way of remembering the recovery code used to verify the phone and recover your account, then the account is lost forever. As Snapchat developers mentioned on their page, once the recovery code is lost, they have no power to recover that account and will be lost forever.
