The product's flyer specifies that the software is compatible with Windows but it doesn't say which version specifically. I suggest you install the application, if it doesn't have operating system limitations, and then try to run it in compatibility mode. You can do this by setting Windows XP / Vista from the Compatibility tab when you right click the file and choose Properties.
If this method is not working for you then you should contact the company who developed the application and ask for a clarification if their software is compatible with Windows 7 or not.
