This software is known to have issues with Windows 7 and Windows 10 because it wasn't developed as a native application for these particular versions of Windows. The first thing you have to try is Compatibility mode and Administrator access. For compatibility, right click the executable file and select Properties > Compatibility. From there, use the drop-down menu and choose a previous version of Windows that's compatible and supported (eg. Windows XP). Additionally, tick the Run as Administrator and launch the software again. If I am right, this should work normally without errors, but if the software lacks compatibility this way, then you will encounter the same errors like you previously have.
