More on how to add an image to a CD label. Error 481.

I am able to add images from "My Documents" that have a JPG suffix. An email attachment was added to "My Documents" also with a JPG suffix. When I'm attempting to put it into the CD label an error message #481 appears. Can you shed some light on what's happening? By the way, thanks for the prompt earlier reply to my question.

That error indicates the attachment you have used is not a valid picture, although it has been saved properly. The error 481 is displayed when the item you are adding is invalid. Log on the email and re-download the attachment. Avoid using any download manager to prevent file corruption because some emails don't allow you to save the attachments with the help of download managers.

After you save the file, add it again, and it should work.
