Try to perform a fresh installation for this application because there is nothing about it in terms of website, troubleshooting, updated version, manuals, etc. I've searched everywhere without any results. By fresh install I mean to completely wipe it from your PC with the help of Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Once Revo finishes its job, reboot the PC and then reinstall the software one more time.
