Almost all cloud services have a trash bin where all the items that are deleted can be stored. For example, Dropbox has a feature that all your deleted files can be restored unless they're permanently deleted. You should log-in to your account and access the trash. Somewhere an options is located to allow you to restore the trashed items. Even Google Drive has such thing. If the files don't appear anywhere, then it means they're long gone.
