WFD also means WiFi Direct. This is a feature available in most of the new phones that allows you to directly connect to another phone to share files when the other phone is in the same WiFi network or personal hotspot. This is a system feature and service. I strongly recommend to leave it exactly as it is because you could brick your phone and the Android OS by tampering with its functionality.
