Converting SVG to Scanvec SCI format.

I need to convert a draw from Inkscape or similar program (.svg, .odg) to .sci Scanvec inspire format. How can I do it?

The SCI file format is proprietary which means that you have the possibility to open it only with the software that created the file in the first place. Secondly, there are no converters available to convert from SVG to SCI format. I've checked various websites and they all provided the same information. SCI format is available for opening only with the ScanVec Inspire.
