As far as I know, once you delete the Gold status, there will be no way to retrieve it. These applications don't have a cloud restore option for when you lost something to get it back. That GOLD status for a player/level is stored on a file, but it's impossible to say which files was it and if indeed was a SAVE file, then without a backup you won't have the possibility to restore the status you've mentioned.
