Hello, we are migrating a user to a new PC and user cannot remember password, how do we reset the password so she can utilize her account?
If you forgot the password for the username in Hub Manager Pro, then you can use the support page provided by the developers. On the page accessible through the link below, you will find all the necessary steps in order to get back into the application.
Note: You can't reset the password for another user. Login with the admin one and then change it based on instructions after you gain access.
