You're trying to load an older version on a newer architecture mode for operating systems. Unfortunately, you won't have much luck running it on 64bit PCs, because the application needs to be updated or reworked completely. I've checked the web for a possible fix or something related, but there isn't one. This version isn't compatible with the Windows 7 64bit. However, you can use version 8 or Nero BurningROM because that can be installed on 64bit OSes.
