Will "Hindi Fonts Converter" convert a Hindi or Telugu PDF file to Unicode?
No, you can't convert a PDF file to Unicode because I don't think the Unicode Converter is capable of accessing the PDF file, instead I have seen in its description that you can convert a plain text file or translate it directly to PDF. Only PDF editors have the possibility of editing PDF files.
