To identify the issue, start the software and then go to Help > Contents. Type the error number there and check for available topics. Make sure that you do this in the Search tab. In most of the cases, developers place FAQ with various fixes to the application. If you can't find anything, then use the Support page listed below and create an account, then you can check the online Knowledge Base for the applications of the developer.
