Starting issue related to the Basic CCU application.

What do I do if on my version 2.4 Basic CCU the window only shows 'Starting' and does not go beyond 'Starting'?

When that happens, it means the software is blocked by something else or it can't load the content. At this point, you have a few solutions to try:

1. Reinstall the application and check its behavior.

2. Launch the application, but do it with Administrator access using right click on file then simply select Run as Administrator.

3. Close all the background running applications and restart the software with Administrator access.
