If I write in English, will this software translate it into Oriya?
No, the software doesn't offer language translation. This is more of a keyboard layout. You can configure it to display a window with the keyboard where each English letter corresponds to the Oriya letter as well. I've checked the description and the software and it doesn't offer translation support.
