The device is used to transfer content from a DVD or a video tape to PC. On one side you connect the cables from the DVD, and on the other side, you need to connect the cables from PC. Using the provided software, the video is acquired through the box and transformed into a digital file. The support for the device is pretty limited which means there are no exact instructions on how to work with it. If you have the CD, a user manual should be available on it.
