No one around here is the developer of the software you have mentioned. We're a community of users helping each other. You will have to insist on contacting them and eventually issue a refund because the product hasn't been delivered to you in a timely manner.
Contact PayPal if you paid with Paypal, or your bank issuer and they should give you the next steps if you still didn't receive the activation code.
Note: Check your SPAM folder as well.
