The product is listed, but there are no downloads available for most likely because it has been discontinued since its release in 1995. The year also indicates the year of the release. If you have the disk, insert it and launch the installation procedure, but I doubt that it will work on newer Windows versions. I've looked on the Parsons website, and this product doesn't come up in the search result list which means that indeed it has been discontinued.
The only place where the application appears to be available for purchasing is on Amazon.
