I've searched for information related to this application, but unfortunately, nothing could be found. I've also used other websites where discussion forums were hosted and still no results which means it's a localized issue or you have to meet a requirement before you can use those icons, like it happens in most of the application.
If you still have access to the application, go to Help > Help topics (Contents) and follow the instructions on how to open a file and work with the software. You will have more luck this way.
