The application is now known as PUNJABI SHABDKOSH 3.0. The Type Master is not available anymore. You can download the application through the same website marked as being the developer's. I've installed the application and it works, but you have to do some tweaking first. For example, you will have to place all the OCX files in the directory into the System32 and then set the compatibility to Windows XP and it should work.
