Question

On the programs's page it is marked "Unavailable". What does this mean?

This means there is no download URL for the application listed. I've also checked the official website and all the Support Sections, but there is no download listed which means you're trying to download a product that's either unavailable or discontinued.

There is also a driver on the Lenovo website, but you will also need a Lenovo product.

So presumably then it would be safe to delete?

There seem to be so many programs on this computer and many of them I have no idea what they are or if they can be removed to clean things up. How can one tell whether or not they are necessary or will do harm if removed?
