No, the application is not compatible with Windows 10. The official website doesn't even work anymore, which means that there is no compatibility. You can use another application called Sports Card Organizer Deluxe which works on Windows 10 and the other versions of Windows. Access the official page using the link posted below.

Yes it is compatible. I have it installed and have used it on BOTH my Windows 10 computers. Unfortunately, due to a lack of interest in the program the developers have closed the business.

Yes it definitely can work in Windows 10. At first it did not for me, but back in February 2016 a CPP tech sent me 3 files needed to make it work. Once I added them all was good. Let me know at jr4ru@yahoo.com if you need those files. Sadly, I have tried and tried to contact CPP and it seems they have abandoned the Card Collector program without notice. The website URL now goes to a Beckett site, that does not respond to any inquiries. I keep asking, but get no answers. I have 350k plus cards in my databases, and want to find a replacement software that can import my data, but so far no luck. So I just keep using TCC to catalog my collection even though I cannot get updated values.

I installed and had the Card collector working since windows 10 has been on my system. No issues at all ever. The only problem with using the card collector is that if you do not copy your hard drive over to the new one and depend on reloading from your disk It will take you to the Beckett webpage now and nothing will install at all for there was a law suit and Beckett now owns the card collector and has for nearly two years. They have yet to be able to get it to work through they page for some reason. Oh if you go to their page they offer you a special on the use of the software, but it takes you into cyber space and you can't download anything at all. Truly a shame for CC was the best software on the market for years. I only wish I had updated prior to the theft Mr. Beckett and his cronies pulled through the court system to steal the best software out from under our noses. We all know they have been trying to corner the market for years!
I use the CC software I installed back in 2009. I add sets I will collect each year using the manufacturers check lists downloaded from each web site. I then do my own research on pricing, add that information and keep it current. If you have been collecting as long as I have you can figure out what the market is on any card. I have not use a Beckett magazine since the mid 90s and have no plans to feed money to people of their standing. We can not buy anther price guide other than Beckett for they have purchased them all. I refuse to even pick one up.

Do you manually enter sets in the Card Collector or is there a way to add them easily?

I was able to get the program to run using compatibility feature of Windows 10. When I first ran compatibility check it indicated to use the Windows 7 mode but the program still didn’t run. However when I ran compatibility check again I manually chose Windows XP mode (service pack 3) the program ran

Not sure if anybody is still looking at this thread, but started using Card Collector in 1991 on DOS. I saw the company move from one owner to the next, I had an old install disk but the version I have running on Windows 10 does fine, I just right click on the CCwin.exe icon I put on my desktop and then run as Administrator and it works great. Howeve I am trying to get rid of the system I have it running on and replace it but I cannot get it to run on another machine. Frustrating for sure! Does anyboyd know the magic to get it to run, what I have done is take all the files in the CC directory copied from my old machine and pasted them into my laptop. Then I took the active and work .ccc file and try to load and I get an error that the file is corrupt or not compatible.

any help is appreciated, my email is jeffreyleeds1@gmail.com
