Erratic fuzzy display of JPEG photos.

Question

On only a few occasions in one file does the displayed JPEG image appear fuzzy whereas other JPEGs remain clear as do the fuzzy images when printed or in PDFs. Although the problem resolves itself I remain curious. Why?

This happens because of the settings available in the Publisher application. Use the following instructions and the picture will be displayed correctly.

In the View tab/Graphics Manager go to the bottom of the Graphics Manager panel, then left click and select "Change Picture Display". On the Picture Display screen tick "Detailed Display".

After this procedure, the image should be displayed correctly.
