When I download a file where is it going?

Can you help me? I don't know when I download a file: where is it going? And I have to find out it in which folder? Please, let me know the route. Thank you for your help

The software offers a pop-up after the Download button is clicked. It's a pop up that asks you where to save the downloaded file. As you can see below, I've added their presentation video and pasted the URL into the video. The moment I clicked Download, a little window appeared. enter image description here
