I have been using Cardfive Vision 10.0 Professional for quite a long time. We had to replace the printer ribbon (we use a Magicard Prima4) and we were unable to print cards. Can you help?
You need to make sure the printer is properly installed. You can test a simple printing before it can be used with the software. If everything works, switch to Cardfive and access the Print menu. Select the new printer as the default one and then print again. If you still have issues, visit the website listed below to download a new release of CardFive Vision.
