No Memory error.

Question

Once the document begins to scan, I get an error message from PaperStream IP that says.

[C3000] Not enough memory available to complete this operation.

(03-00000008-11040396).

I've checked my hard drive, I've checked that the Document Repository has been archived. All of which do not seem to be the source to the problem. Any idea how to clear this error?

Some applications require high amounts of memory in order to work properly. The simple way to overcome this issue is to close the background running applications. Right-click the Taskbar and select Task Manager. Switch to Processes, and close all the background applications. Additionally, you can go to Start > Run > msconfig and disable all the boot starting apps, then run your application as Administrator.

I have tested this way when I encountered an issue with the memory and scanning, and it worked.
