Can't get Registration Number to take.

Question

I have Dr. Beam and Dr. Frame and they work great on Windows 7, but I got a new PC that has Windows 10. I installed it on the PC and I entered the registration number and it works but when I close and reopen it I have to enter the registration number again. It will not show my name or anything.

This happens because you're starting the software without Administrator access. To save the settings or changes you apply to the application, right-click it and start it as Administrator, then add the registration info and make any changes necessary. After this procedure, restart the application, and it should launch normally while being registered. There is no need for additional settings except the Administrator launch.
