Erupt3 - Creating of the Record file

Question

I would like to create my own record file(.rec) in Erupt3 software. Not by recording a session, but by writing the file itself. I wasn't able to find the instruction in the documentation. Could you please send me the instructions? Thank you.

All the support links lead to a 404 page, which means it's impossible to download any of the previously available files. Since there is nothing in those files, as you said, open the software and go to Help > About. There should be a contact email address or a telephone number. You will have more luck this way to obtain official instructions directly from the developers.
