Could you clarify how to buy the following locally in Russia?

Docware is listed as the developer for Olympian Compass. I checked their website, but the two mentioned products are not listed or available, which means they're either discontinued (which I highly doubt) or they're available only to certain customers.

I've also found out that you can buy this software through AliExpress as well. You should visit the website and search for the software.
