By default a heartbeat strategy is defined as a ping to the robot in form of an "I'm Alive" message. A heartbeat fault is the failure to send this message to its destination. By default, the connections to that robot should be checked, however, since it's an area of expertise that requires advanced knowledge, please consult your local supervisor or trainer for additional information.
