These are the system requirements for the Aqualot:
Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later version
25 - 350 Megabyte free space on the hard drive for installation
As you can see, there is no Windows 10 information which means compatibility with Windows 10 doesn't exist. Right click the setup package and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select one of the Windows versions from the list and then launch it.
