How to insert extracted EGA again?

I have extracted EGA into Excel to work on it outside Aura. My question is how can I insert it again in Aura? I did try (Move or copy), but nothing useful.

The software needs to support adding the data you exported back into its database. For this procedure, in some cases, you can simply use File > Open or File > Import. Usually, it's done through Import and in the import window you can see the supported files.
