I try on NB with 64bit Windows 10 (preinstalled) to update Nahimic software, but installer throws 2x error: "Overlapping input-output operations are processed", and install process roll back. I send log on request.

The one issue that could cause these errors might be related to compatibility. You should check the support page for your device in order to see if it's compatible with the operating system you're trying to run. I checked this error but it appears it's related to something else.

You can use the MSI Support page to obtain additional information: https://us.msi.com/support

Input the device model/number and then you can see if it's supported or not.

The problem with faulty Nahimic Installer on Windows 10 64bit is not yet solved. - Supported NB (MSI GT72 6QE).

Yes, this is MSI GT72 6QE1027CZ. Preinstalled Windows 10, 64-bit. Driver Realtec 6.0.1.7745 with Nahimic 1.2.11 or 1.2.13 downloaded from MSI support page. Default (preinstalled) Nahimic driver (and Realtec) has ben uninstalled before. I reinstall Realtec driver (2x auto restart) but Nahimic instalator permanent throw this error (quick: 0x80070643). Windows 10 Home 64 bit, version 1511, build 10583.164.
