Is ICOM IC-F3000 software compatible with Windows 10?
Unfortunately, there is no information about the programming software for this device. I have seen it on some websites, but in very brief details. There was no compatibility info listed or something related to this. The only way at this moment - to test the application yourself.
After extensive searching, I found the software on Hamfiles, but the Windows 10 operating systems is marked as being incompatible.
