Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Once the program has been uninstalled, reboot the PC, then start Revo again and look for the application. If it's not there, then it means it has been deleted from your PC along with its leftovers (temporary files, folders, obsolete registry items, etc).
