There isn't much optimization you can do in this application. You set the application to provide a virtual desktop for your attached device, then you press Windows + P to change the display mode (extend) and that's it. If everything has been correctly configured, you will have a second screen on your tablet device using the default settings. Right click on your desktop or use the control panel of your graphic card to customize additional settings.
